Roasted Watermelon Radishes
4 cups Watermelon Radish (ends trimmed and
3 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Sea Salt (or to taste)
- Preheat oven to 400ºF (204ºC) and line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a mixing bowl, toss watermelon radishes with olive oil and salt. Transfer to baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy!
